Dental Emergencies – What to Do

If you have a dental emergency, call 020 8686 1904.

• During working hours:

  • We will normally see you within 24 hours*

  • If no one answers, leave a message and the team will call you back asap

• Outside normal hours (after 5pm or weekends)

  • Non-Denplan patients may need to pay additional call-out or consultation fees.

  • Weekend appointments may also include extra charges

• Leave a message with details of your emergency.

 

Common emergencies include:

• Dental abscess

• Toothache or severe pain

• Swelling (face or gums)

• Loose or damaged tooth

• Wisdom tooth issues

• Broken, chipped, or lost fillings/crowns

• Trauma to the mouth

The practice serves patients across Croydon and nearby areas, including East Croydon, South Croydon, Selsdon, Sanderstead, West Wickham, Shirley, Addiscombe, New Addington, South Norwood, Thornton Heath, Purley, Wallington, Sutton, and surrounding neighbourhoods, with many patients travelling from further afield including Europe.
